Gigatronix Pete
Hey gang Is there such a thing as horizontal paragraph leading? ...either with artistic or/and paragraph text? There was always this option in Coreldraw & it was quite useful? I can thicken the outlines to create this effect but just wondered if there is a proper way? Cheers
GarryP
Can you explain what you mean by “horizontal paragraph leading”? If there’s functionality for it in the Affinity suite it might just be called something different. An example image might help greatly here. Gigatronix Pete
Thanks for the quick reply @GarryP Standard leading is the vertical gap between lines ...i mean the width between the actual letters, so not squeezing them but moving them closer together or farther apart! GarryP
You’re welcome. What I think you need is Tracking (in the Character Panel), see my GIF for a short demonstration. Gigatronix Pete and Patrick Connor
