Aktive Pupille Posted November 2, 2019 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Hi, Affinity Photo Windows Customer Beta - 1.8.0.486 is very slow starting. it needs nearly 50 econds to start, while version 1.7.3.481 only needs 4 seconds. System: Windows 10 Pro 1903 with all updates Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD - 500 GB Intel Core i7 7700k 32 GB RAM NVIDI GTX1070 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe it is due to some custom settings in beta? AlainP Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 On my system retail .481 takes 4 seconds and beta .486 takes 5 seconds. Not a big difference, but 50 secs.... that's not normal.
