AiDon
Please disregard this post as it is a Motion_Panorama_MP4_000 that has extra binary data that can be extracted, Both PC’s Win 11 x64 System with Intuos Pen & Touch PC1 ASUS ROG Strix - AMD Ryzen 9 6900X CPU @ 3.3GHz. 32GB RAM- GPU 1: AMD Radeon integrated. Manofjesus
As the file format is jpeg - it is a still image, is not it? What binary data you are talking about, i am confused I confirm crash on both versions - 1.7.3.481 and 1.8.0.486 If i convert it prior to PNG via Fastone or whatever - converted PNG opened without any issue. So for your case at current moment you can use PNG or any other losseless image format to process such jpegs in AP. Wosven
Perhaps there's a problem with the metadatas. If I delete them and save the file (with FastStoneViewer, for example), I can open or place it in AP.

It is a little obscure though but other apps will open it as a JPEG.
