Hello,
I am wondering if I can use Affinity Designer for iPad as a photo resizing tool. As in, just importing or placing an image and then resizing it and nothing else. This would be great and save me lots of time. I build websites and am constantly having to resize images using other means. All images that I would resize using Affinity would be for web use only. So, can someone explain the best route for this, step by step? Thanks.

Hi writesync :)

You certainly can - you can open images either from Files or your Photo library directly in Affinity Designer, then resize the document and export out to your preferred format (even saving back to the Photos library if you wish!)

I've attached a quick screen recording below showing this process -

I hope this helps!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
