NASH Posted October 26, 2019 Share Posted October 26, 2019 My affinity designer keep lagging once I draw a fair amount of art on my canvas and after a while it crashes its so annoying and never did this till yesterday pleeeaasssseee HELP!! I need to get my art done I've tried all I can. restarted my whole computer shut it down all. I have an MacOS... Processor - 3.4 GHz intel Core i5, Memory - 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (I've deleted several things from my Mac and have lots of space for more) Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2 GB. Please get back to me! It might be helpful when the Serif team is able to respond if you are able to let them know more specifically which version of MacOS you are running, and which version of Affinity Designer you are using. You can find the MacOS version by selecting "About this Mac" at the top of the apple menu, and the Designer version by selecting "About Affinity Designer" from the "Affinity Designer" menu. It would also be helpful if you could attach a copy of the crash log that is produced when the application crashes; you can find these using the Console application under /Applications/Utilities.
