Mehtronx Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 Hi everybody, From a day to other, I can't use my Affinity Designer because my PC shuts down when I want to do anything. I already tried to reinstall it but it persists. It's critical. It doesn't show any bsod, only reboots my computer. Please, help me. I don't know how to proceed. This update has started causing BSODs on users machines due to a file that is part of OneDrive. Do you have OneDrive running in your system tray? If so could you disable it and see if it helps? Hi, it sounds like you have a problem with either a driver or some hardware attached to your computer. Have you checked event logs to see what is causing the computer to restart?
