enginestar
Say I have an image. I want to highlight one part of the image and blue out the rest. How best can I do this? I don't need to be a work of art - just rough and ready - it's just to show someone and point out to them clearly what I'm talking about. Thanks. Wosven
If it's with AP, you can use the Live filters, or with AD you can duplicate, group and use a blur effect, and a mask on this group to preserve the part you want. AD: AP:

If that fails for you, make selection, Select, Invert Pixel Selection, New Live Filter Layer, Blur, and Live Gaussian Blur to desired result.
