Small Island Dweller7
Hello New to Affinity Designer. I just purchased a new IPAD Pro 12” and just started with Designer. I’ve created my work and of courses it full size on my screen, but when I go to print the actual picture I’ve made is no bigger then a postage stamp. I’ve tried to increase the pixels and increase the font on the designs etc but nothing works it didn’t even go up 1”. What am I doing wrong? Thank you Kate
Staff Dan C Posted October 20, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 20, 2019 Hi Small Island Dweller7, Welcome to the forums Please go to the Document menu (the Page icon in the top left corner) and select Resize here. What size is your document set to here please? Are you printing using AirPrint or another method? Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! I am using ipad and printing using wireless to pantum p2506w Check the paper size is selected correctly on your printer. You should try downloading the Pantum printer app from the App Store and try printing through that rather than using the print dialogue. The reason is that you have a bit more control on your paper size. So see if you can use Export -> Share -> Pantum and make sure paper size is set correctly for your document. This works with other air printers but unsure about Pantum which I have never heard of. Quote My dad always told me, a bad workman always blames their tools…. Just waiting for Ronny Pickering…..
