Which iPad model and which iOS version? (Some newer models experience issues that older models don't.) The more info you provide, the more likely mods can replicate the issue. Can you attach a screen recording to show your issue. If you turn on show touches it helps see what is going on. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Staff Dan C Posted October 21, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 21, 2019 Hi Chamber Photography 9 minutes ago, Chamber Photography said: I using iPad Pro 12.9 operating system is iPadOS 13.2 I've had another user report this when using iPad OS 13.2 beta, however I've downloaded and installed the beta on an iPad here and I'm unable to replicate this crashing behaviour. Can you please open Settings and scroll down the right hand side until you see Photo with the Affinity logo and select this, here please make sure that Photos access is set to Read and Write. If it's already set, please change this to Never, then restart your iPad, go back into settings and return the setting to R&W. Now try dragging and dropping into Affinity - does this fix the issue for you? Quote Please Note: I am now out of the office until Tuesday 2nd April on annual leave. If you require urgent assistance, please create a new thread and a member of our team will be sure to assist asap. Many thanks
