Clairekoz
Starting today, both Designer and Photo stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled them both - I didn't have the newest versions. Now, neither will open. When I launch the application, I get a blank window where I assume I am supposed to enter the product key. Any ideas? Staff Dan C Posted October 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 19, 2019 Hi Clairekoz, Welcome to the forums I'm very sorry to see you're having trouble, this usually indicates one of two things; Please make sure your GPU drivers are fully up to date through Windows Device Manager, if you're unsure of this you can find out how to check here - https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028443/windows-10-update-drivers Secondly, this can happen when your .NET framework is out of date, please download and install .NET version 4.8 from the following link, restart your PC and then try running Affinity again - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48 Please do let us know how you get on! Chris B 1 Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks!
