William Overington
I was opening a box of peppermint tea bags and I noticed that they were not actually labelled as peppermint tea bags but as peppermint infusion. A song started to form, the first three lines of the result. So I wrote them down and just continued writing as it came to me. My original intention - an intention still in existence - is to use it as a song in the novel that I am writing. Yet, as there are not many threads here for Affinity Publisher I wondered if I could produce something that might look good here. Here is what I have produced. Kasper-V
Tea? It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that Camellia sinensis! (Nice artwork and wordplay though ) William Overington
William Overington
Thank you. You might like to know that the font that I used is Cold Spaghetti BTN. It was bundled with, at least, some recent versions of Serif PagePlus. Regarding the novel that I am writing and where I hope to include the song. I am publishing chapters as I write, not always in a linear order. The PDF documents are produced using Serif PagePlus. Here is a link to the novel under development. http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~ngo/locse_novel2.htm William Quote Until December 2022, using a Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 in England. Cold Spaghetti BTN was part of the much larger collection bundled with DrawPlus X8, and the smaller collections bundled with MoviePlus X6 and CraftArtist 2, but it was not distributed with WebPlus X8. William Overington
The song is now in the novel, as Chapter 20. http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~ngo/localizable_sentences_the_second_novel_chapter_020.pdf The PDF was produced using Serif PagePlus X7.
