“Welcome back my friends / To the show that never ends … ” - and if you know the origin of that lyric, you're Today's Big Winnah! And now, on with the show … Question: With snapping enabled, it's a (you're gonna hate this) a ‘snap’ to drag guidelines that snap automatically to the center of one's layout. BUT: When Option-dragging the ZERO POINT from upper left of the frame to the center of the layout, there's NO automatic snapping as there is when dragging the guidelines. The Zero Point is a ‘best guess’ operation as to whether or not it's precisely centered with the guides dragged earlier. Can someone please reveal the Hidden Mystery that enables the Zero Point (center point) to SNAP to alignment with the GUIDES that snapped so nicely into place? Thankyewberrymush …

Hello It would be very useful if as others have requested, Guides could be rotated on the page. Setting any point along the guide as the point of rotation? Also is the Zero points on the Horizontal and/or Vertical rulers/scale could be moved by dragging the present static point from the top left corner. Guide lines extending to the rulers/scale. Could the actual position of guide be indicated by a R click, rather than the clumsier, less accurate drag or the slightly more fiddly Guides Manager? Richard

Hi. I do graphic design and decided to give Affinity a chance as Illustrator is FULL of bugs with every "update". I need to make a very accurate grid and for that, I need the zero point for the ruler to move to the point I need it. Is there something I missed? Can anyone tell me where I can find this function?
