  1. Photo 1.9.0932: Crashing with "New Stack" 2two X3F files I have two handheld X3F RAW files that I like to stack for more dynamic. Even with no options selected Affinity crashes. I have no clear idea why. I am aware that X3F (Sigma Foveon) is some sort of niche format. The alignment should be sort of OK, there is water in the image though. It's a bit of a rhetorical question, I can probably work fine with a single image. But I had also here and then crashes with ARW (Sony) images. Each RAW is about 50Mb https://drive.google.com/file/d/1U-kCKuUMN6_ijKoZvon-fbXNNTT1usJY/view https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RnfJ4wtfeX5c9MzWEneuR1DPqOcB2H4Y/view
  2. Really excited to see the activity supporting X3F files: thank you immensely for all these efforts. I think there's been a small oversight in packaging the 1.8.4.665 Photo Beta, because when you open an X3F file, it immediately crashes to desktop (even before fonts are loaded, etc.). As a control, I also retried the most current non-beta Affinity Photo (1.8.3.641), and that can still open X3F files without crashing out. I tried this new Affinity Photo Beta using X3F RAW images taken using: Max resolution Low resolution B&W Taken with a Merrill sensor Taken with an older SD14 Sigma. I tried manually browsing and opening the varied test set of files from within Affinity Photo, as well as using Windows Explorer's "Open with..." and choosing both 'Affinity Photo Beta' and 'Affinity Photo'. The issue is consistent for all these (above) X3F files opened with this newest beta. But even with a CTD, I'm still ecstatic for the developer attention after all this time.
  3. As I am already waiting for more than one year I was hoping that with this release I would be able to open my older X3F-Files (made with an Sigma SD15). But .....still not good looking, just compare it yourself: So why do you state in the list of supported cameras that you can work with alle Sigma models? Kind regards Anthony
  4. Gents, any word on sigma support? https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/30464-affinity-15043-and-sigma/
  5. sd Quattro files still look muddy. (Compared to a TIF out of sigma photo pro, opened in affinity!) DP2 Quattro files look like mud too. Occasional artifacts and colour cast (again, missing from a TIF SPP->Affinity) Merrill files have a crazy colour cast As before, onedrive of raw files here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!ArciU0vVYB2QiWmyBYHTBFZ60Ee4
  6. Hi, When using Develop Persona for my RAW files from Sigma,X3F, there is a box where it says "camera Profile" When I click it nothing happens. And it is empty and it stays empty. How can I get my camera profile in that box? The RAW files are are very bleak when imp[orted into Develop. In Sigma SPP they are normal. How to solve this? https://www.dropbox.com/sh/n4yqwhxflomc9lp/AAAcu4mbvGsijE6hDqWKjkdPa?dl=0
  7. Onedrive collection of files - X3F, TIF, JPG First, when I open a .X3F that I shot portrait orientation, it's opening landscape. When I open a TIF generated from Sigma's software, it opens up correctly as portrait. Second, I am seeing some artifacts. It almost looks like noise but it's too uniform. The picture is muddy and has purple dots. Here's the tif for comparison: I did a JPEG export out of Affinity and it has the artifacts as well (But muddied further by jpeg compression/etc) Rotation/artifact screenshots are here: http://imgur.com/a/X23uN Onedrive is here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!ArciU0vVYB2QiWmyBYHTBFZ60Ee4
