  1. Hi! First post as a new user. I have a vector pattern that I have exported from Moi 3D. It’s a flat drawing of for ease of description is a bunch of concentric circles in side each other. when I import/open in Affinity designer on the iMac it shows up fine. I can select the lines and see the points. Then as an example I fill a couple of these circles with colour. I then try to use the Boolean tool when the 2 circles are highlighted to cut them out from one another. The result is both parts disappear as do the layers they were on. The function has not worked. If I redraw both circles and again perform the Boolean function it works as expected. My imported file are not circles, so they are timely to redraw. I want to be able to do this process often and draw them still originally in the 3D program so I need to find the issue. It would seem that there is some process or naming or something I need to do with the vector lines being imported to make them function as if they were drawn in Affinity Designer so I can perform the Boolean function. I can’t see a difference between the lines but guessing someone here will point out what I’m doing wrong. At least I’m really hoping so it’s driving me crazy cheers Petr
