  1. I can't get any of the apps on my desktop to update. This has been happening for about a week or more. I've rebooted. My internet is fine. I need some help. Thanks!
  2. Before updating Affinity Photo (1.8) on my Mac Mini running MacOS El Capitan (10.11.6) I checked the minimum OS requirements, which says MacOS Mavericks (10.9). So I updated AP to version 1.10.1. But when AP's splash screen appeared upon launching the app, a message says, "Please upgrade to macOS Sierra (10.12) or newer." What's going on? Version 1.8 of AP is now gone and I'm not sure if it's safe to run 1.10.1. If it's not safe, what is the latest version I can run on MacOS 10.11.6 and where can I download it from? Did I just brick the Affinity Photo app on my Mac?
  3. Hi, Have purchased Photo and Designer for Mac Have purchased Photo for iPad Just received update notification of Photo on iPad but can’t find a way to do it. Photo is not in my purchased apps list on the iPad, I have to search for it and then it is the old version with only the option to open it. Do I have to purchase again ? These problems with the Apple and Affinity stores are frustrating. I appear to be able to download the extras for the update but not the update itself.
