Gratitude and Excitement !
Clarkman posted a topic in Feedback for the Affinity V2 Suite of Products
I bought 1 years ago and only nibbled. I just upgraded to 2 Saturday, and just completed my first serious project with Designer, with very few hiccups. Take it from someone who loved Aldus Freehand, and despised Illustrator, Designer is a first class job! I had consigned myself to trying to be creative with Graffle, but no more. THANK YOU! Clark -
Since the forum is always full of people running into questions or trouble, and it's also the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, I would just like to say thanks to the developers and their company for these great applications. I would much rather have these than an Adobe subscription (especially on the iPad, but also on desktop).

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I simply had to stop my work and give all of you there at Affinity a huge thanks! I have used your products for years, but this ability now to switch back and forth to use various tools in each of the three programs is beyond anything I dreamt of in the past. I am working on a book project with tons of complex graphic, I have made - yes, brought over from Freehand and Illustrator but in Designer since it came out. To switch back and forth in Affinity's programs saves tons of time and frustration. All I can say is "Bravo!" for thinking of us who work day and night in publishing. Your work is appreciated far beyond these few words.

I just wanted to thank you for developing such a great software. Using it on and off and today I figured out that Affinity Designer even provides a Spine exporter! Really Awesome, that will help me save even more time! Keep up the great work! I get more and more used to the software and still find amazing features :D Edit: Another cool feature is the Assets feature! So easy to use! Edit 2: Just a small feedback for the Spine exporter. It would be cool to place the root node somehow (maybe naming a slice "spine_root" will act as the offset provider for the JSON generator?!). :)

Despite this is for discussing bugs and failurs ... i just want to say" thank you" to the developers .. i just start working with Affinity Designer ... and for me - as an expirienced Corel Draw user - everythign works very fine from the first moment! Congratulation! For shure, i will find some things, that cause trouble .. and i will tell it and help to improve this nice pece of software!
