Trying to do a simple subtraction of one shape from another. The result is seriously botched (see attached video). Anyone know why this might be happening? Ways to avoid it from happening? I had been using the Corner tool, but had since converted all nodes back to sharp in both shapes prior to performing this boolean operation. This is definitely impeding my workflow. Don't know if its was reported already. 1) Draw rectangle and next rounded its corners 2) Draw second rectangle with standard corners 3) Arrange them to hover each other partially 4) Choose both of them 5) Substract them with holding ALT to make compound 6) Rounded is broken as you can see on the screen By changing shape (made rounded rectangle larger) you can made it rounded again, but its look more like oval ;/ substract.afdesign
Is there another version of AD 1.1.2 ? I have been working a lot with the add option and when i try to join two lines they disappear, and the same with different shapes. Sometimes i get awesome results because of the bugs hahaha but some times it's kind of annoying.
Use Case: I created a free form object duplicated the object, second one were moved to an another position, I selected both one objects, clicked the butcon for >substract<. Crash, ever and ever again, unfortunately.. Thanks Georg bug_01_Affinity Kopie.rtf
