  1. Hi, I have all three programs of Affinity installed, but only on Publisher (That I purchased through the serif store, not the app store like the other two) do I get the dynamic studio link... How can I make this work to jump eg. from designer to photo without having to start always from publisher? Is there a way I can transfer my App Store licenses to the Serif Store? Thanks! Shivadas
  2. Hi, I'm interested why, when using Studio Link, the appropriate apps are not loaded with their own personas?
  3. Hi there When trying to use the Studio Link feature in Publisher (not beta), a dialogue box opens and tells me I need to purchase Designer and Photo first (se attached image). The problem however is that I already have both apps installed on my computer (not trial versions). I figured I may need to upgrade the apps to be able to use the Studio Link feature, but when checking my user account on the Affinity website, the Designer and Photo app (and other purchases I've made) aren't registered. This brings me to my questions: What do I need to do to be able to use the Studio Link feature – do I need the latest upgrades of Designer and Photo? Where do I go to upgrade the apps? (to many of you this is probably a "duh"-question, but I'm not very savvy when it comes to these things) How can I register purchases/downloads that I made before creating an Affinity account? There is probably a simple solution to all this. Help is appreciated though. Cheers from Sweden /Jansson
  4. Hi, We have just installed Publisher on our Mac. But Studio Link is sadly not working. I tried all the "fixes" i found in this forum allready, but it still doesn't work. I tried to close and reopen all 3 programms in many different orders. I reinstalled all of them i updated to the latest 1.7.1 Versions off all of the Apps I Checked the firewall options … Is there like a config file on mac, where you can specify the path of Photo and Designer? Thanks in advance
  5. I've just bought AP with the Studio Links(Great I Think) If there was a IDE PHP coding editor(Dreamweaver used to be good, not any more) I'd have the perfect set of tools, if I could switch between them all, WOW! Great work though Serif 10/10
  6. Hello, I have a pretty annoying problem with StudioLink... So I have the three Affinity apps on Windows (no Beta version, I bought all of these), but when I go into Publisher then I click on the Designer Persona button in the top left corner, it displays that: I can't switch into the Designer Persona, just as if it wasn't on my PC... Note: My apps are up-to-date and I've already launched them at least once. They're in the default installation folder which is defined during their setup. Do you have any clue? Thank you!
