Dear Support, We have bought a single device licence for Affinity Photo on windows. But when we try to use it the software works 5 minutes… than it stop and block itself. (suddenly and often after using the Zoom) We cannot take a screenshot because it blocks everything on the desktop. How we solve?
Hi does anyone have any idea how to stop (or disable) the document (canvas) from moving around. It can be a bit annoying when you slightly touch the mouse and it would cause the document to move. This issue also happen when click and hold the mouse to select objects in the document, but when you release it to confirm your selection, the document would sometime jump a little bit. May I request for the next update to allow users to disable the document from moving around? :)
Try this workflow: Open a jpg image from Adobe Bridge or any other program via Open With... Affinity Designer. Or simply drag and drop a texture on Affinity Designer Your image is imported on a pixel background layer. Cut cmd x this image Paste into another Affinity Designer file that you have open alongside The layer will be stuck at x0 y0 and there is no way to move it. NO WAY. There is also no way to delete it (the trash can icon does not work when you select the layer) I thought that somehow the image being imported as background layer might be a problem. In the original file I can move it around. This completely breaks my workflow, I need a second monitor and drag and drop functionality for textures. I would like to file for a refund, is it possible?
