I thought I'd take Affinity Designer's amazing new spiral tool for a spin in a recent Spoonflower competition. Spoonflower is a print-on-demand service for anyone who wants to buy printed fabrics and wallpaper. These spirals incorporate Pantone Peach Fuzz and Peach Blossom. Peach Fuzz is the 2024 Colour of the Year. The image above was rendered in Cheetah 3D. The remaining images are Spoonflower mockups. Trying to snap/align certain spirals (Fibonacci, Semi-Circular, Decaying, Linear, Plotted, ) to the center of the page with all snapping options enabled, but latest beta doesn't respect snapping nor Align Center command (both axes) which gives wonky spiral placement, not center of page. The only Spiral type that works properly is Counter Semi-circular, my guess is because it has symmetrical object bounds. -
Where is the spiral too in Affinity designer? I had to go to Inkscape to get one. Does AD have one? If not Why?

So I want to make pi spiral filling a circle like this. How can I do this? I tried to use circle and artistic text tool, but it didn't make a spiral like the picture. -

Hey guys, any chance of building a REAL spiral tool, not the clunky, old skool ¼ circle style, but a true spiral that grows at each advancing point...?
