  1. Hey all, Is there any way to recognise/use the enter key on the numeric keypad as a »regular« enter key? I can't get it mapped as I don't even know where I would set it under the shortcuts. But I would find it incredibly more intuitive this way than having to reach across half the keyboard afterwards to confirm (or alternatively use the mouse to find the appropriate button to confirm) after entering values in a transform process. I noticed this especially during the cropping process with the cropping tool in Photo. I would like to confirm the process, but the numeric keypad enter key is not assigned at all and only gets the error tone. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to set this up, if that's even possible? And if not: well, why hasn't that been an option for a long time? I couldn't be the only one who was bothered by this, could I? 😅 Cheers!
  2. Hi all, Not sure if anyone will be able to help on here but here goes! I'm working on a Shared iPad setup using Jamf and have run into a couple of issues. The primary issue seems to be that every time a user logs into Shared iPad and opens either Affinity Designer or Photo, it's requesting that the user registers the app. You can of course skip it by selecting 'Don't show me again', but as this occurs every time a user signs in it's not ideal. If anyone knows or can share the App Configuration (strings, keys, etc.) that could really help. If this is the wrong forum for this type of question, I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Many thanks! Miff
  3. I have just purchased AP and the first task that I tried to do was register this product. Unfortunately, it would not allow me to connect for registration to occur and instead kept telling me they were sorry and to try again or leave until later. I have tried several times and i don't have a weak wi-fi signal; can anyone tell me why this software won't allow me to do this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  4. Hi guys, I am facing a problem trying to register Affinity Photo. I am having as result the following message: There was an unexpected problem while handling the server's response (0x00000001). My Affinity Photo version: 1.9.1.979 My windows version: Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 Installed on ‎08/‎02/‎2021 OS build 19042.804 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0 Is there someone facing the same issues?
  5. Hi, I don't understand how to register my apps. I already have an Affinity account, but when I log it, it says that I have no apps registered, although I have all three of them. I doesn't seem possible to make any changes on the webpage. Somebody here in the forum said that you had to register within each app, but I cannot find a place to do so – not in the menus, the preference, the welcome screen, etc. Can somebody tell me where to register, please!
