  1. When opening a pdf or svg from an external application, such as Illustrator or QGIS, text on a curve gets broken into separate objects. It would be ideal for the text path to be recreated and have editable text along the path. Attached is an example of what I'm referring to. I'm a cartographer. My primary tools for the last 25 years have been a combination of Illustrator plus a plug-in suite called MAPublisher. I've been very interested in using the Affinity suite of programs in combination with QGIS. To use Affinity Designer, type on a curved path that is imported from other programs is essential.
  2. Hello, (originaly in this thread but split by MOD for visibility) I confirm the crash with files generated by QGIS 3.4. (No problem with Illustrator) I attach a pdf to analyze it and 2 bug report extracts. Is there any solution ? JC sirac.pdf
  3. PDFs created with QGIS (Qt 5.9) containing transparencies crashes Designer and Photo as soon as PDF Options dialog is opening. Message in system log: com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.seriflabs.affinitydesigner.19048[47158]): Service exited due to signal: Segmentation fault: 11 sent by exc handler[0] Problematic file is attached. pdf_export_qgis3.pdf
