  1. Suddenly the blue print button has vanished from the Print dialog. I imagine its a problem with paper size or orientation. I've attached a screen shot showing my Print panel after I have filled in my values. What am I doing wrong?
  2. Attempting to print tabloid sized document on Canon Pro-100 results in random mis-sized output, sometimes too small and sometimes too large. Documents converted to PDF print properly from Acrobat. Tabloid documents printed from Quark also print properly. Have installed latest Canon Pro-100 print driver: 16.40.0.0. Have rebooted Mac and rebooted printer, including unplugging printer. Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. PowerBook Pro. Publisher 1.7.3.
