It's been two days now I've been trying to open my files. Opening does no longer work. Same with the iPad version, which coincidentally is also 1.8. Same with Affinity Photo. Some files do, some no longer do. But I need to open these files. It gets stuck loading forever. Nothing happens. I've left it for up to two hours to see if it would change. It doesn't. There is no feedback either. I tried copying the file, renaming it, nothing. Please make Affinity Designer reliable. I always have to deal with issues Loading, Saving, or simply not being able to save (like on the iPad, launch-day issue still not resolved). It's critical to get these operations right.
