Good day, I found that the preview of applying filters in develop persona is not consistent over the image, the filters being applied partially, please see the attached images. The filter is correctly applied on the exported image, the problem exists in the develop persona, when editing the image. I am using Affinity Photo 126.96.36.199. This bug does not exist on MacOS. Love Affinity Photo, keep up the good work!
Anyone having an issue with export function not saving the entire image? Everytime I export this image it's only partial. The body of the snake is a vector object with holes subtracted to allow the mint color to show through, and a mask layer placed on top to contain the galaxy image appearing between/around the subtracted circles. When I open the file most of the subtracted scales (circles) are missing. I've checked the fills, opacity, etc nothing is wrong. Is it a bug or am I doing some thing wrong? It does this no matter what type of export file I use. The first is the image as it appears before export, the second is what happens after when I try to open it in another application/view the file. halp?
The overlays dialogue although brilliantly easy to use seems restrictive in that it doesn't permit a partial zone, that is to say if one starts the gradient midway down an image it automatically fills to the top. The brush overlay can't compensate for this because it doesn't gradate in quite the same smooth way even with adjusted hardness. Is there a way of getting a dual linear gradient, fading in and fading out? Or is that just too complicated an algorithm? Michael
