vjsouza posted a topic in Designer Beta on WindowsA bug occurs when a masked object overlaps a shadowed object. The mask invades the space of the shadow, no mater if it is grouped or not. This bug does not happen with stable version 1.6x I am using AD 184.108.40.2068 Obs: This bug occurs with AP beta too. pgraficzny posted a topic in (Pre 1.7) Bugs on WindowsAt the beginning, I apologize for my English Bad CMYK components the Layer Effect/Outer Shadow in PDF export from AD. Document setup is CMYK colour format. The result does not match the settings in the effect palette. You can see on the attached screens. After rasterizing PDF document in Photoshop you can see the problem. The last screen shows the correct condition after flattening the shadow and background before export to PDF from AD.
Hi Guys. I've a bit of a problem viewing the popup window in the effects section (this is the full version - not beta). I select outer shadow, then settings and can't see the full popup. I've attached two images for you. They images are both shots of my full screen and displayed on my secondary screen. The first image is where I shrunk Designer down a little to see if it made a difference. Edit: This happens on my primary screen as well. Just tried several other popups and the same thing happens. Document settings and outer shadow.
Hi I have a logo which I have designed in Xara, and I have imported it as a pdf into Affinity Designer, because I need to change the logo. I have changed the logo and I have used an outline shadow fx as a drop shadow. Now I try to resize the logo to exact dimensions, because I need to export it as a png in different sizes. But the resize does not take the shadow fx into consideration. When I resize the logo to 165 x 95 and then go to the export persona to create a slize, the slize becomes much larger because the resize does not take the fx drop shadow into consideration. Is there a fast way you can resize to exact pixel dimensions when you use a fx, like the outer shadow?
