  1. How do I reference a chapter number? I have a paragraph style set to a numbered list and added a Zero-Width space for the numbers to appear. However, the cross-references panel doesn't show these as paragraphs. There's also the section manager that is numbered, but can these numbers actually be referenced? All I want is to say is: see Chapter 2.1. How can I do this?
  2. Hello, this is my second problem with Publisher 1.10.1. in macOS 10.15.7 The numbering should also be able to be done automatically via the format, but this does not work for me either: (F) In the paragraph format "Picture line caption" ... (G) Go to "Enumeration and ...". (H) Select the type of numbering, in this case "01, ...". (I) "Fig. \#(I) "Fig. 01, ..." creates the pre-text "Fig. 01" as shown in (A) (this should also be Fig. 02 for the second image and Fig. 03 for the third image; it doesn't work for me either). GERMAN: Die Nummerierung sollte auch automatisch über das Format erfolgen können, geht bei mir auch nicht: (F) Im Absatzformat »Bildzeile-Unterschrift« ... (G) gehe zu »Aufzählung und ...« (H) Wähle den Typ der Nummerierung, hier »01, ...« (I) »Abb. \#. « erzeugt wie in (A) zusehen den Vortext »Abb. 01. « (das sollte beim zweiten Bild auch Abb. 02, beim dritten Bild Abb. 03 heissen; klappt bei mir eben auch nicht.)
  3. Can I draw rounded rectangle on ipad and scale it with fixed corner radius? I cannot find even corner radius input box like desktop version. Please help me, thanks.
  4. Hi everyone, ive got a Question. I want to write a textdocument and want to number the Headlines. But when I configurate numbering the special paragraph-style, all Headlines have numbers but it Counts from beginning in every new TextBox. I want a numbering through the document without connecting the textboxes… Maybe you can help me?
  5. I have some text where, at the moment, it reads something like this: "If you would like more information on this, turn to page ## to see full details." Once the document is pretty much complete I then go through the whole thing searching for ## and manually insert the real page number. Not a massive task for what I need to do, but still a bit of a chore and things can get overlooked. Does Publisher have an "Insert the page number of this selected layer at this position in the text" function? I've had a look in the Help but I can't see anything relevant. P.S. The page number must automatically update if the page number of the layer changes, otherwise the result would be worse than manually searching for ##.
  6. This may be convoluted to explain, but please bear with me, it's quite interesting! I would like to suggest a change, or an improvement, to the behaviour of number dials (fields?). More often I would like this tweak to be implemented in the Character and Paragraph panels. They are the main panels where you have a tonne of numbers in little boxes! So, this... A Wacom pen's second button is usually set to Middle Mouse, which makes it great for panning, zooming etc, and should make it great for dialing numbers in to little boxes - but with Affinity, it currently doesn't. You can easily hold the middle button and scroll numbers, which is great, but only within the number's little box - as soon as your cursor goes beyond the box's bounds, it cuts out, or sometimes worse, will begin dialing the numbers in the box above or below the one you wanted to change, which is horribly frustrating. The thing is, that while you are trying to change the number with your middle button, you are still holding that button down - I would expect the numbers to keep changing always while I have the middle button held down, regardless of where the actual cursor is - once you have initiated the number change, but middle clicking on the number in its little box, the mouse cursor should be pretty much ignored as long as you have the button held down. I am aware that the current set up works absolutely fine on a normal mouse, as you just leave the cursor inside the number field and scroll leisurely away on your mouse wheel, but please try this with a Wacom pen (other styluses are available) and try to understand where I'm coming from? Honestly, this small change will make the products a whole lot more comfortable for graphics tablet users. Thanks for listening! Wayne
  7. I have deleted art boards on a given document. Is there a way to automatically/manually renumber them to reflect the changes? For instance. If I have Art Board 1, Art Board 2, Art Board 3, and Art Board 4...if I delete Art Boards 1 and 4...is it possible to renumber Art Board 2 as Art Board 1...and Art Board 3 as Art Board 2?
  8. I am using the pen tool in Affinity Designer to create shapes, and the default stroke weight is 0.2 pt. However, I primarily use the stroke weight of 5 pt. Can I change the default to 5 pt?
  9. Is there a way to enter height/width values for shapes numerically? I need a diamond shape that is exactly 127x127 pixels.
  10. On my screen in Affinity Photo there is a small number it doesn't change and I don't want to see it how do I get rid of it? Is this a bug?
