  1. Hello forum, It is not possible to adjust the ring thickness to a rectangle. The other direction works. When I first make a ring and that the rectangle, so dock on its corners. I hope the picture explains the problem. I do not know if it's a bug. I tried all the magnetic aids. Thanks
  2. currently, my magnetic snapping is not working. It would snap only to guide lines, nothing else. And yes, I have the right settings for that. Tried restarting AD and my computer. Did not work. It would not even recognize new snapping candidates. Normally, when you hover over an object, it highlighted purple, so that it is active now for snapping. I tried this on another machine, did not work. I turned on "show snapping candidates", didn't work either. They would show up, but my objects wouldn't snap. Opened a new document, tried it again. It worked. But that doesn't help me. I have a document that is 98% done, just minor alignment stuff.. Thanks. Update: It seems like I have to double click on objects that are in a group to make them a snapping candidate. Didn't know that.
  3. I created a document which is now ready for printing. I realized, that I made it to big. A few millimeters. So I created a slice in the export personna and some guide lines, to cut off 2 millimeters on each side. Now, slices do not snap to my guide lines, and I just cannot position it properly. If there is an other way to cut my document by 2 millimeters on each side, let me know. I just need to export it as pdf for printing.
