  1. Hello, I'm new to Affinity software. Please advice how to proceed with the transfer of the license key to another computer, or a change in the Windows operating system. On December 15, 2016, I purchased your Affinity Photo v.1. I have a license key on one computer at the moment with Windows 7. I want to reinstall it on a laptop with Windows 10 and continue to use only this one license. Please advice how to proceed. Thank you.
  2. Hi! Can someone confirm that I'm understanding the example licensing pages and forum posts correctly? I'm eligible for the upgrade pricing, and if I understand correctly, I can purchase the upgrade on the Serif site, download the apps through the Mac App Store (I prefer to download software through this way now rather than through the web) and then activate the product using the purchased license in the app itself. Thanks!
  3. Hello, So, I have Affinity Designer installed on my computer. I am planning to do a clean install of my computer and am wondering about the Affinity Designer product key. I am wondering if I am able to simply uninstall Affinity, then do my clean install, and install it again with my email and product key, or if I will have to do something else for it to deactivate. Thanks for any help. I am running Windows 10 Creator's Update (64-bit) on a custom desktop.
