  1. Hey everyone! I was just wondering if there is an easy way or option to unpopulate/remove all placed pictures/resources from a previously defined selection of Picture Frames. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction? And if the option doesn't exist: Would this be a feature that would be handy for others as well? Or is it just me? 🥲 Edit: My current method (or the only official method?) since I was faced with a similar problem a few months ago is to use the Move Tool, double-click on the Picture Frame in question and hit delete. However, you have to be careful not to accidentally move the picture frame in the process. Alternatively, you could select them in the Layers Palette. But these methods certainly are not the most efficient, are they? Thanks! (Before anyone mentions Master Pages: I use them everywhere they are applicable, but the sizes of the picture frames in my current document vary too much from page to page for Master Pages to help in this case.) 😉
  2. I'm working on a book project with pages in landscape orientation. Whenever I import a portrait-oriented image from my hard drive using the File → Place... command, the image always appears rotated (usually 90° CCW), seemingly in order to match the orientation of my page layout. This is a bit annoying. I presumably know that a giraffe, a pine tree, and Michelangelo's David all look better upright. Why is Publisher forcing my photos to lie down? Or is there a simple setting that I overlooked?
  3. Hello, and thank you for all the great work you you're doing with affinity family of products :) I've been trying to create a documents, basically a presentation with full page images and a footer text that is placed over the image. I can create the master slide with a picture frame and text and a receptacle that should overlay my image (attached image), but when i create pages based on this master page i cannot load images to the frame in the background. Instead it cover all the page along with the components from master page. I also tried starting with an empty page, inserting a picture frame tool, inserting my image and the applying the master page to it, but i have the same problem as the master page components remain in the back. Am I doing something wrong? I really want to leave ID asap, this will make a great difference. Thanks.
