It's been over 3 years since this bug was reported and it still exists. Basically thinner strokes don't expand properly and straight lines become curved, making it impossible to design pixel perfect icons. I heard 3 years back that this was high on the priority list but it clearly hasn't been fixed.
Hi ! :) I'm beginer in vector design and i need help. How i can combine two shapes with a transparent stroke to create a negative space ? Like this icon : In the tutorial, the author chose to add a stroke with the same color of his background color but this solution don't suit to me.
After seeing quite a bit of demand for long shadows in Affinity Designer, I took it upon myself to throw together a basic tutorial to get you guys started with flat icon design in Affinity.
