  1. I am looking at the website, and it says that it is free to try, but where can I find the download for the free trial?
  2. Hello, I recently downloaded the 10-day trial version of Affinity. While I had this trial, I was working on a project of mine using it. Then, after the ten days had gone by, I realized I had forgot to export my photo into some other file before the trial expired, and now I'm stuck with an unfinished project I have no way of opening. Does anybody know how I would go about opening/exporting this project without having to purchase the full program?
  3. Hi All & Happy New Year 2018 I'm new around here and have just signed up to this community. Just another Adobe servant for many years now considering making the switch to this software, so far I've heard nothing but positive reviews about it. I wanted to start off by signing up for a free trial and taking it for a test run before committing to the full purchase. Can I ask how long the free trial lasts for? Can you still save work during a free trial phase. How many copies can I install and activate at the same time during a free trial period? Ideally I would need one copy installed on my windows work PC and one copy installed on my imac personal desktop at home. Thanks for reading guys and girls. Consecca
  4. Is pressure sensitivity for brush stroke variation enabled with the Affinity Designer free trial? Not getting any variation with this free mac trial. I've played around with brush width and size variance. Using a Wacom Intuos 3. Thanks in advance.
  5. Hi, I just downloaded the 10 day free trial of Affinity Photo for Mac OS X. My Mac meets the system requirements. I am running 10.8.5. 16GB Ram. 2.8 GHz Core i7. The download went smoothly and I dragged it to the Applications folder. However, when I tried to open the program it first did a verification (no error message) then nothing happens. When I double click on the Affinity icon in the Applications folder nothing happens there either. I tried to reinstall but no luck with that. Any suggestions? I would really like to try it out before the trial ends. Thanks!
  6. Hi, I'm a graphic designer specializing in book covers and I'm considering making the switch from Adobe to your programs. They look absolutely beautiful and I've downloaded the free trial of Design to test out but noticed there isn't a free trial for photo. I want to test the program out before I make the switch mainly to see if the Photoshop Plugins and actions I have will work. Is there a trial I can download? And will the plugins and what not I've purchased for Photoshop work in your program? Thanks for your time!
  7. Hey affinity community! Have been shopping for a few months for a software just like affinity, and am quite impressed with how user friendly this software is. I started a free trial and make a flyer. It's only been a few days into my trial, and whenever I go to open that file now I get a window pop up telling me my trial is expired, I was under the impression the trial should last 10 days. How do I go about retrieving that file? Getting it back would save me hours of work. The file is both on my desktop but also saved in a separate folder. I'd consider buying affinity right now if it meant I could get my file back, but my main concern right now is the file I made with the trial version. Internet, help! :( Any advice would be much appreciated -Fwen
  8. I just recently purchased Affinity Designer after creating a piece of work during my 10 day free trial. I put many hours into the design, and now after having purchased the full version of Designer, I am not able to find the saved file anywhere nor open up the work. How can I recover this file? Or do I have to start from scratch?
