  1. Can anyone help me with Corrupted File? It happened when I moved file from disk to disk. File is very important to me. I'll send file if someone can restore even part of this file.
  2. It seems to me that if while using the iPad AP, the internet connection is lost or a shared drive becomes unavailable, iPad file management seems to hang. If working on a file in AP when this happens, can no longer save even if file is local on My iPad, wheel just spins forever.
  3. Hi. I've been working on a project in Affinity Publisher and cannot retrieve made progress in it due to a file corruption error. When I open the document I receive the following message: "The document appears to be corrupted. The document must now be closed." I work on a windows 10 system. The matter is urgent to me as it is on a deadline. Is it possible to recover the corrupted file? I don't have an idea what could have caused the issue... the project is picture heavy. Regards, Simon the_file.afpub
  4. In lack of other options to open a support ticket, I'm posting my issue in this forum. After almost being done with the document and just having to do another export the document started crashing Publisher consistently on every try. Crash report indicates: Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000290 Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY Termination Signal: Segmentation fault: 11 Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 0xb Terminating Process: exc handler [14179] A first deadline already passed, so I'd be very grateful for prompt assistance with this issue. – David.
