Hi, thanks for the great product! I am using photo & designer for windows. In the next days my mail address will be changed and i do not renew my old domain. To install affinity it is required to use the mail address and the product key. Two questions: - is it possible to change the mail address which i am using to register the product? - how to avoid the restore (if possible) of the product key if someone is getting my old domain and send mail to the support? Hello people. Affinity Photo for iPad Pro won't accept my email address. i cannot register with AP even though i purchased the app from Apple's app store. if you can help me it would be greatly appreciated. i am a beginner with AP and with the iPad Pro 10.5" 2017. thank you all in advance. ali black -
My question is if I buy a licence I will get a serial number and if I undersatnd it correctly at activation I need the email address I purchased the software with and the recived serial number. Later if I no longer use that email address can I change it or it will stuck to that address? Or its just a "data" and no need for confirmation? -
I have a desktop imac and mac book pro and want to use affinity photo on both.... how can i download the beta to the second computer?
