    I'm using the Beta version of Publisher and have downloaded upgrades as they are announced. This week I was invited to download an upgrade. A third of the way through the download, it stopped. Clicking on this file in my downloads folder merely shows an unfinished download and gives no way forward in continuing the download. Today, another notification arrived, so I clicked on it as instructed. This simply takes you to the Forum which does not appear to feature a download section. Is this just me being stupid or is there something wrong on the system? Any constructive advice would be welcome. Thank you!
