It is derived from the parent color using some of the built-in color operations" • change opacity • change hue • change brightness • change saturation • apply shadow • apply highlight • copy You can watch Derived Color in action in a software like PaintCode here on YouTube I hope you'll agree how great and efficient for productivity this is :) This concept was far before used into the amazing Opacity.app which still yet, provide some unbeaten feature anywhere else.
