  1. How do you place element on the cavas for use on other pages? In my other publisher program I can drag a copy out onto the canvas, then change to another pages and reinsert it. Or I can drop in a bunch of photos onto the canvas and then insert them on different pages. In other words, the element stays on the canvas between page changes. A feature I use a lot when planning book pages. Can't find it in APub??
  2. We need a simple cut and paste as in MGI photo suit back in 2000. where you can put two images and duplicate images in the same or 2 windows and cut bit out, insert or paste them, reverse turn shape ,fade or what ever and then when final, it can be placed or blended in, on the Origional or the other, its perfect for re building old photos and so fat but you cannot get it to day, And a simple coo large tool where you can take a sick of photos from a file , drag then in, drag them of and place any where on the canvas or frame. re size or turn as you can in I web, Instead of having to use I web, Please Thank you
  3. Having just upgraded to Designer 1.5.1, and using Photo 1.4.3, as soon as I did, copy and paste no longer worked as expected. Previously, if I had two identically-sized images, copying a brush object from Designer would paste into Photo in the exact location and scale it had been in Designer. This is a great feature, and critical to what I do. After upgrading, this ability was lost. Now pasted objects appear at reduced size and in the upper left corner of a Photo canvas. If I reverse the process, and marquee select an area of the canvas in Photo, pasting it into Designer will cause it to appear enormously out of scale. I know that the underlying file format has changed, and we can no longer [edit in Photo] or [edit in Designer] (which is a huge loss) until Photo 1.5 comes out. I assume this is related, but I very much hope this behaviour will be restored very very (very) soon. Great software, but I think it's a mistake to release out-of-synch file format versions, when that interoperability is half the reason I own and use these tools...
  4. I am just starting to learn the basic of the software and have gone through 70% of the on-line tutorials. I have a question regarding the cut and past feature. I am able to do everything however when the image appears in the new document or photo it can not be resized or re-positioned. It appears exactly where it was in the initial image and does not include the circles and lines which allow you to change. I must be doing something incorrectly. Thanks
