  1. One of my clients uses Google Drive for sharing documents. Recently created publisher file is having huge issues displaying in Google. Attached are some views with notes created by a colleague. The notes are there, but as images and the links are inaccessible. Also note text issues. I switched to using Dropbox to share my work with the team, but thats definitely not a long term solution as this organization links the pdfs for their readers. There was and is no issue with the pdfs I created with Publisher v1 Any ideas what is behind this?
  2. I love the Affinity Designer, but lately, it has become unusable. System Specs: Affinity Designer: 1.10.5.1342 Windows 11 Pro 21H2 OS Build 22000.978 AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 RTX 3090 windows driver 31.0.15.1694 GeForce Game ready driver 526.94 Description Some months ago, I noticed that whenever I used Affinity Designer, it was only a matter of time before my machine became unstable. The Instability was accompanied by menus immediately closing when opened, stuttering mouse movement and UI flickering. Furthermore, once this behaviour started, it would seemingly affect the whole system, even after getting Affinity Designer to close. My system would no longer maintain focus in input boxes in any application, and the UI flickering would start to affect the windows notification area and other UI elements. This behaviour would only occur after using Affinity Designer, and once it had started, only a complete system restart would resolve it. I stopped using Affinity Designer as it wasn't stable enough for me to work with, hoping a future update might resolve it. I have since had updates to affinity and my graphics drivers, but the problem persists.

Yes If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following: What is your operating system and version? macOS BigSur Version 11.2.3 What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) Anker setzen, Hyperlinks setzen, Inhaltsverzeichnis setzen —> "Document must be closed" Document does not open any more Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did). Place two anchors, place them on different Heading 2 paragraphs but also they are different, they have the same text. Rename the anchors in the anchors panel. Prepare hyperlinks to the anchors. Prepare a dictionary (Inhaltsverzeichnis) with only heading 2 paragraphs. Change the visibility of the anchors as PDF bookmark (Lesezeichen). Play around. May be the document is now corrupted. Screenshots (very handy) or a screen capture/video. Sorry document does not open any more. Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers. MacBook Pro Late 2016, additional two Monitors, Saving on any Synology NAS via AFP. Did this same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently?   4. Dear Serif, We had major problems sometime ago with the 1.8.0 that were corrected with 1.8.2 Now, today, to my surprise, you had released a new 1.8.3 and again everything broke. I can not access files that *TONY* did earlier this week. I can still access files that *I* did earlier this week. Both me and Tony were using 1.8.2 and since Publisher found that 1.8.3 exist, it immediately crashes if I try to use any files Tony has done. Those same files worked a few days back nicely. We work with commonly shared Dropbox folder. Tony can still access the very same files that caused crash on my computer. I tried updating to 1.8.3. No luck. It still crashes. And no crash dumps (just like with 1.8.2). I can do new files and I can access files I have done and updated. But nothing that we have shared between me and Tony. I have a few pointers: Every file that I still can open (all done by me AND last accessed by me) have lost *EVERY SINGLE* linked file. Every single. Okay, that is possible to fix, but annoying and alarming. We use same file structure, me and Tony, both updated to 1.82.620 at the same time and both have same Windows 10 version On every occasion these problems have started exactly when new Publisher is found in the system. I'd dearly like to have feature of NOT updating or checking updates automatically as it does something to the files and causes these problems. As we have recently bought more licenses of Publisher and all are forced to do remote work, this is pretty much as bad situation as you can produce. We were trying to catch the gap that 1.8.0 ->1.8.2 hold up caused when this happened. Why, oh-why, did you do this again. I really like your software - but I really, really dislike your update system. PLEASE disable the forced 'lets check if there would be something new' as it clearly makes life miserable.
