    Why, when creating a new document, is there no 'retrieve margins from printer' option? This means you have to enter spread setup after cresting new, and modify it there, where this option is given. Seems un-necessary to have to do this.

    Hi there, REAL rookie here. Sorry for my basic questions. I've been watching a lot of the tutorial videos and I've noticed that whenever the teacher creates a new document he gets a dialogue box on the screen (see pic 1). I don't get the same dialogue window. Picture 2 shows what appears on my screen. Have I done something wrong that prevents that little box from appearing and how do I get it back or do I even need it? Thank you all. Also why is it I don't automatically my pages loaded into a sidebar (Pic 3)? Please help..
