  1. Hi, is the copy-paste supposed to be like this? (See attachment) So I try copying an object and pasting it inside a shape (using a shortcut), but the object is pasted somewhere too far from the shape? When using an artboard, I find the object I copy from one artboard and paste it into another, resulting in the same position. Is the problem because I'm not using an artboard within the object I'm working with? Since I'm using it a lot, its quite frustrating to always move it every time I paste the object. Thanks a lot.
  2. Pinning is great agt 300dpi. If at another DPI, however, every time you copy/paste something, even in the same document, the pins are scaled incorrectly. This gets frustrating fast, when you have to copy objects a lot, such as with assets. When pasting on non-300dpi, the offets are incorrect as well as the scale. 150dpi.afpub 300dpi.afpub 600dpi.afpub
  3. Procedure to reproduce the problem: 1. copy an artboard. 2. create a new document. 3. paste the artboard into the new document and deselect it. 4. Use artboard tool to create new artboard. Then you get this error "Artboards can not be added to a document with master pages or multiple pages" This topic may be related to this issue.
  4. Hi, I rarely use color palette in my documents, unless I need Pantone. How apps usually manage colors swatches, and especially global swatches between documents ? Don't we lack a default color palette for each document (more than "recent used colors"), to show at least global colors used in the current document ? When I copy-paste from another document, shouldn't AD ask to create swatches to the current color palette or ask to add a color palette with (global) swatches ? I'm not sure about this, since it would be more complicated because of color profiles, but I would like some advices. For example: I just re-drew a logo in a separate file, and created a document color palette (global colors) since it use 15+ colors. I copied-pasted it in another document, and I was disapointed when the swatches didn't appeared in this document. Of course I can export-import the palette, but if I had a palette for this document, I would have to switch palettes to get the logo's colors or the ducument's colors.
