Hi, I rarely use color palette in my documents, unless I need Pantone. How apps usually manage colors swatches, and especially global swatches between documents ? Don't we lack a default color palette for each document (more than "recent used colors"), to show at least global colors used in the current document ? When I copy-paste from another document, shouldn't AD ask to create swatches to the current color palette or ask to add a color palette with (global) swatches ? I'm not sure about this, since it would be more complicated because of color profiles, but I would like some advices. For example: I just re-drew a logo in a separate file, and created a document color palette (global colors) since it use 15+ colors. I copied-pasted it in another document, and I was disapointed when the swatches didn't appeared in this document. Of course I can export-import the palette, but if I had a palette for this document, I would have to switch palettes to get the logo's colors or the ducument's colors.
shojtsy posted a topic in Bugs on WindowsHi, In AF 22.214.171.124 I have a single pixel layer, force pixel alignment on, selection feather 0, background transparent. Document dimensions 800*800. The layer has opaque and transparent pixels, but no partial transparency. I make a rectangular selection with mouse, correct with numeric input in the transform panel to be exact X 0, Y 0, width 800 width, height 200. I do copy and paste from menu. New pixel layer is created. Disabling the original layer I see only the new layer and notice that the left edge has partially transparent pixels, while it should not have.
alekwo posted a topic in Bugs on WindowsHi, not sure if this is AP or Firefox problem, but if I copy an image in Firefox, and paste it into an existing document - its size is wrong - instead of 218px x 218px it's put into the document with dimensions 290.7px x 290.7px. The problem only exist on pasting into an existing document, if I use the option to create a new document from the clipboard, the size of the image is correct. Also if I copy-paste from Chrome, there is no problem... I have Firefox 52.1.1 (32-bit) on Windows 7 64-bit If that matters, I was copying a book cover image from the Amazon's Kindle daily deals page -> http://amzn.to/2pZUOhm
Hi, I have discovered a strange bug. I am using Illustrator as a bridge to Photoshop – drawing an icons in Designer, copy them to Illustrator, and then paste as shapes to Photoshop. BUT, I cant paste shapes from AD to Illustrator if these shapes are red. Also, it seems to be green also. Thats a funny bug, but it is not really comfortable in a workflow. Thanks
