  1. AP I'm having a very hard time disabling the pink boundary lines around the layers (even the ones that are not selected). It has made it impossible for me to work. I never saw them before, can someone help getting rid of them? Please check attachment for screenshot.
  2. At my current job we use Corel Draw in our graphic design department. I have switched to Affinity Designer and Photo for my personal work and these are my 5 features I use very often in Corel that I would love to see added. 1. Boundary Tool - Have a print/cut Roland printer and this tool is essential when creating a cut line around multiple objects. 2. Envelope Tool - Use this quite often for text effects. Converting to curves and manipulating from there works alright but Corel leaves the enveloped object still as text and can be still edited. 3. Flood Fill Tool - I'm able to replicate this using boolean operations but involves way more steps and occasionally will end up with odd quirks and unwanted results. 4. Blend Tool - I believe I have seen this is coming on the roadmap so hopefully soon 5. Raster to Vector Tracing - Also seen this is coming. Currently using Inkscape for this feature and then exporting/importing into Designer All this being said Designer is still one of the best applications I have used. How great this application already is has me very excited for future updates and enhancements.
  3. Hi. Does anyone know if it's possible to hide graphics etc that overhang the edges of the page boundaries so that only the page contents inside the boundaries are displayed? Its hard to get a true feel for the look of pages when parts of an arc or something else is overhanging the page edges . Also, is there a command somewhere to preview your design as it would look finished? Thanks.
  4. Affinity Designer - I think I just pressed a toggle button and now I can't figure out how to not show my vector overlapping?!? It's late, so this is probably extremely simple....
  5. Hello Mask was created from black and white image I want to erase white edges by adjusting mask boundaries I want you to tell me a good way Thank you 4691.afphoto
  6. Hi, I've recently bought Affinity Photo, and I am quite pleased with it. It feels very solid and snappy. At the moment there's one thing I can't get to work, and that's layer boundary snapping, in order to align two layers against each other. I've turned on all snapping options, but when I move a layer towards another layer, they simply overlap, no snapping occurs. A snapping line does appear when a layer nears the center of the canvas, and snapping works in that case. The same goes for canvas boundaries, that also works as expected. I'm using El Capitan and a consumer level Wacom tablet. Could the Wacom tablet be the culprit, as the driver takes over pointer control? Or am I just doing something wrong? Many thanks in advance for any replies.
