Photo – Freeze while saving is in progress and opening another file

This is a long-term bug (from V1 times – dunno if known) and I always get a wheel of death – it is kinda frustrating. 1) Save a file (usually a big one) 2) While saving is still in progress I open another file 3) Instant wheel of death – force quit I learned to watch out for this situation, but sometimes I am impatient and I open a file while the last one was not completely saved. And then I need to force quit Photo every time.
Affinity Photo Freezes when loading a new file while exporting

Hello, I can reproduce the following behaviour on Affinity Photo (1.8.3 on Mac). Make some edit on a Tiff, with layers and save: Affinity will export the pictures and it can takes a little while if the file is big while exporting, open a new file to Affinity using the Finder or Bridge. -> Result, the new pictures will be loaded, but the export progress bar will never disappears and one has to "Force Quit" Affinity. Can others reproduce this ? Regards
