  1. Hello I noticed the same bug I reported a year back I'm creating a Gradient in a pixel layer and I can't adjust the midpoint. I drag the interactive slider in the work area but it doesn't work as expected. It looks I can adjust it numerically in the tool bar. It modifies it in the toolbar but the changes won't reflect in the work area. So in short: No way to adjust the mid point in any gradient. thanks P.D. I'm using the latest version of Photo ( not the beta) and MacOs latest version in an iMac 2015
  2. Midpoints on Gradients not working on Pixel Layers. Changing the location of the midpoints on any gradient on any Pixel Layer has no effect on the actual gradient. The gradient well on the Context Tool bar will update version 1.10
  3. Hello, I use Affinity Photo to create buttons in visualizations, among other things. For this I use the gradient overlay effect. Here the mid point can be moved. My preference is to 85%. But no matter what I do the mid point doesn't shift anymore. The gradient always stays in the middle. While it used to work. In the picture below I show what I mean. On the right a button (play music) that I made earlier and saved as a .png file. Here the gradient is at 85%. On the left the same button I saved in an .afphoto file. Here the gradient in the effect tool is also set to 85%. But it stays in the middle, making the button much lighter in color. I have the same in the outline. Also there the gradient remains in the middle. Is this a bug in the current version or am I missing something? I am using version 1.9.2.1035 of Affinity Photo in Windows 10. Kind regards, Erik.
  4. Hello, I was applying a gradient on a layer in my file and I encountered the same issue that has been reported here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/137840-gradient-tool-cant-adjust-midpoint/ I'm also experiencing this bug on Windows 10 (20H2), and the bug has the same workaround (switching to RGB/16 color). I just wanted to bring this up because the post linked above seems to only be related to macOS, and figured it would help to hear from someone working on Windows. If not, I apologize!
  5. Tried in gradient or outline, it just has no effect, only in the thumbnail/gradient editor. 1.9.2.229
  6. I just found a bug in the latest version of Photo 1.71. I'm using the Gradient Tool to create a Gradient in a Pixel layer. I change the colors to my liking but the problem is in dragging the midpoint in my work area. It's not working. The gradient doesn't shows the changes to the midpoint as I move it.. In other words all my gradients get stuck exactly at 50% percent midpoint. Can anyone else confirm? These are my settings.
