  1. I searched and found some earlier reports which are more than a year old, many had been retired to the (Pre 1.7) Bugs on Mac so I figured I would start a new one as this is still with us. The eraser tool in the RAW Overlays doesn't work well. I cannot erase anything from a Gradient Overlay. There is still the stuttering happening. This is also happening in the beta [1.9.0]
  2. Hi, I think this should not happen. If you have a small brush size to paint your overlay mask in raw development, you get splotchy results instead of a clean line. BTW feature request: I also miss adjustment for feathering and opacity.
  3. There is a problem with the operation of the tool. When I use the brush this is applied discontinuously and not uniformly on the image.
  4. This issue was raised initially as a problem with the last beta but on testing I found it also occurs in the new established version of AP. The screenshot shows the use of the overlay paint tool - the brighter area - and the raindrops the result of trying to use the overlay erase tool to modify the extent of that overlay. Since I experiment quite extensively with imagery I use overlays frequently as a valued tool. In this instance the overlay delete brush appears to be painting in an erratic manner and not erasing. This does NOT happen with the overlay gradient tool overlays. You can check on the left of the image that the correct tool is selected. Michael
  5. You might wish to see the attached screenshot of the overlay erase brush results in the last beta. Frankly, a mess! And I see there are also other issues with brushes. Michael
