Hi everyone! I can not find a solution a problem I faced. I HDR merged and edited 2 pictures which I took with my phone trying to give a bit more life to it, and when I exported I got some nasty color noise. I converted the color format from 32 to 16bits and I already got the same result in Affinity... I also tried to flatten everything before exporting, rasterizing everything but still. You can also see on the first picture which filters I used, I applied some Gaussian blur on the pixel layer, soft light, overlay, glow and reflect blend modes. The clarity live filer has darken the denoise has overlay blend mode... Can someone tell me what causes this problem and how could I solve it? This happened to me already once before, but if I recall correctly I rasterized the pic and then I could export without distortion. Thank you in advance.
HELP! Please I am getting blue artifacts when developing RAW (.dng) images I get bring the DNG into the develop persona and develop as per the screen shot attached When I apply the development I then duplicate the background layer and go sharpen - high pass (7.5px mono) and change the layer mode to soft light The navigator shows lots of blue areas yet the master image doesn't - on exporting I get an image the same as the navigator image with blue all over it. The same issue occurs with live filter If instead of softlight I use hard light or overlay there is no issue. In 16bit mode there is also no issue As I prefer to keep images in 32bit until final export is there any way around this issue Thanks
FlameRat posted a topic in Bugs on WindowsI was editing an 32-bit OpenEXR file. After tonemapping, I created a shape with "soft light" blend mode to remove a shadow, and then added a denoise filter to remove the unwanted noise. However, there appears some black chunks after adding the filter layer, which would only appear if I put the filter on top of the shape layer. Rasterize the shape won't help. And when I attempt to zoom out, the shape of the black chunk changes, and the software crashes. By the way, I should probably mention that this happens on a Surface Pro 4, and it seems that this crash is recreateable. This is proprietary image, so I would like to only share the file to the dev team privately.
