A client has sent me an EPS from PS and it's opening in greyscale. The Finder preview is fine. Anyone know how to open/import into either Designer or Photo and retain the correct colours? -
Hello, I bought a vector logo through Shutterstoch (did that on previous occasions too) but this time this eps opens in greyscale. Aff. Designer seems to asign this automatically. I searched for a solution only to find they were working on it. Is there already a solution? I attached the eps file to this post. I really really need to make this work. Where can I report the bug (see topic) and share a link (non-public) to the relevant file? Bugs: 1) content only in black & white 2) when opening the file via double-click from the explorer the GUI is distorted

I have received some files from a designer in eps form. When i try to open in affinity its loading saying its assigned my working profile Greyscale D50 to this unprofiled document Using a mac book air? what do I do to get the colours and be able to edit it. I have opened eps files before with no issue.
