I've been working on my latest project in Publisher and have been saving the file as I go along. I just got to the end of the project and went to do a file save and it has come up with "Save failed because the file could not be written to." I've tried opening a new file and copying all the information over to it and got 70 pages in and it spat the dummy with that file as well. This is the second month running that I have finished or nearly finished my project and I have had trouble saving the file. Last time I couldn't save my work because it said the file had to be closed and I lost a days work. All the advert files in the project are either designer files or photo files. I've tried saving the file to an external hard drive and I get the same message. At the moment I've left the file open in the hope that someone can come up with a solution to save me losing all my work. Much as I love using Publisher I might have to stop using it because I can't risk losing my work each month because I can't save the files. Does anyone have any ideas to help? I'm using a Mac with Catalina on it if that helps. Thanks Jo
