Silent Ocean - Campaign (2018) While studying at SAE for my Bachelor of Design, I got the change to work on a social issue campaign around noise pollution in the ocean with the goal to make 10 posters around the campaign and ended up making 12 posters, 10 badges, art display piece, and a website. This project was amazing to work on allowing myself to break out of my "normal design style" and really allow me to just play around with mix design, merging vector, paper craft, images and 3D together to create something amazing Made with: Affinity Photo (Mac + iOS (iPad Pro) Affinity Designer Autodesk Maya (for 3D) "Click Here" to view the website. __ Need of a graphic designer? In Affinity designer and/or photo is there a way to import normal, diffuse, bump, & displacement maps into different layers, like one could do into Photoshop? The maps being pngs, tiffs etc. How can I import different pictures & images in general as different layers in the same project? Thank you so much, for anyone who can accurately answer my question. 3=)

Would be cool to have a set of tool for 3d artist. Stuff like: -Handle diffuse, bump, spec, normal... maps in a clever way. ex:Transformation on one map is applied to all the other. -Automatically export all maps (Different LOD possible). Maybe colorspace/format optimization (like greyscale for bump) -Previz of bump/spec.. maps -Handle PBR workflow

Hi i'll start a new topic because my first one was a little confusing. I asked to be able to texture and colorize 3D model made in a 3D modeling software. So what I meant is to be able to import UV unwrap. Because the way I see it is Affinity Designer could do amazing job as a UX/UI design tool, for concept art and if it could do this (import UV unwrap) than I could certainly ditch Illustrator and Photoshop at the same time and reduce my pipeline of tools. Thank You

Hi I just found out that software/tool that is Affinity Designer (and Photo). I am an interactive and immersive designer. I am currently "searching" "looking" "shopping" the future tools that I want for my workflow and pipeline. One of the only thing that can stop me to buy Affinity Designer is if we can't do this: import Maya or Maya LT models to colorize and texture them in Affinity Designer (or/and Photo), my goal is to reduce the number tools that I need to work with. So if Affinity Designer can be good for UX/UI design, concept art and 3D model texturing and colorization than I'll be more than happy to say goodbye to Adobe. Thank You
