  1. When importing DNG RAW files from a DJI Mavic Drone, Affinity does not recognize the built- in lens profile for lens correction. The profile is there, Lightroom and other programs recognize and use it to correct distortion. The drone is the very well known Mavic 2, the profile name is DJI FC2204
  2. the problem would be the DJI mini 2 and 3 photos taken. no problem with photos taken with JPG. DNG photos are completely different. I have tried different settings for color profiles, hardware coding. a completely different PC i tried there too uygan this problem. windows 10 and 11 tried.
  3. Hello Everyone. Here is a photo from my DJI Mavic Mini Drone of the flats where a friend is living, I thought that I would have a go at trying to make it look like a model village “tilt-shift” effect. I achieved the desired effect using AP’s Tilt-shift effect, I have been wanting to try this for awhile, especially on my iPad 5th generation without having to resort to using my Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended version on the PC. AP is a really powerful beast in its own right, really beginning to start like using AP for most of my needs, keep up the amazing work serif. flats-tilt-shifted.tif
  4. Hello, does anybody know, if there is a possibility, to use Adobe Lens Correction Profiles (*.lcp) in Affinity Photo? I use an UAV (DJI Phantom 2 Vision+) for taking pictures. Because it has a fish-eye lense, i have to correct them, before i can use them (for taking measurements). Therefore, DJI has released an Adobe Lens Correction Profiles (PHANTOM VISION FC200.lcp). In Photoshop, i can open Filter / Lens correction and choose this file, to eliminate distortion from the pictures. Is there a possibility to do it in AP, too? Maybe with an Plugin? P.S.: See the pictures below. They show the original picture (before) and the corrected picture (after). It is very important for me, that the exact values from the Lens Correction Profile are used, because afterwards, i have to take measurements in the pictures. 5. Hi, I have a problem with the resolution of dng files. In Affinity Photo imported dng files (40 MB) are poor in image quality compared to jpg files (9 MB). The photos are made with a DJI Mavic Pro and are available as dng and jpg files. The drone has a Hasselblad camera installed. My guess is that the wrong codec is installed on my PC (Windows 10 Pro, 64 Bit). In any case an online conversion (online-umwandeln.de, dng => png) delivers a good quality. A test with Adobe Lightroom also did not deliver acceptable quality. What could be the cause? How can I uninstall the dng codec in Win 10?
  6. Hi, I am trying to use Affinity Photo to process DNG RAW files from a new DJI Mavic 2 pro which has the new Hasselblad inspired camera but when import the images they are very under exposed and flat. Any ideas how to process these images with Affinity. I also use DxO PL and this appears to be able to accept these files OK.
  7. Hi just wondering if there are any plans to support DJI drone cameras Lens correction... mainly Mavic Air would be great if Affinity Photo could do the Lens correction and stitch panorama’s properly from DJI drones.
  8. I've purchased the app for my iPad Pro (10.5"). I use my iPad Pro as a monitor for DJI drones and I thought having this app on my iPad is a great idea. iPad or iPhone is a must to fly drones and bringing a laptop is an option to view and edit on the field. But with this app, I thought I can do both without my laptop. So I tried to load raw files from my drones but they won't be loaded. It looks like DJI raw files are not supported. (Probably the iOS problem) I am probably barking at the wrong tree but hope Affinity can help on this. I don't have any other cameras but drone cameras. If the app won't work with DJI raw files. I just wasted $20 on this app. I like the app a lot but if it won't be supported, I will have to ask for a refund.
